Earlier this year, we held a photoshoot for our two newest casual collections, ColorTrio and Colorscapes. Here is a look at our day! Our photographer was James Ransom (the shots in this post were taken by Noritake’s Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, Jamie Sanford—James shot the official images), and our stylist was Alexis Anthony.
We cover up rented folding tables with very large piles of dinnerware!
ColorTrio is named for its 3 glazes – the matte outer glaze, the glossy inner glaze, and the contrasting white glaze on the edges. (ColorTrio is available exclusively at Bed Bath & Beyond.)
Creating a row of perfectly-spaced dinner plates is much more complicated than you’d imagine.
Many methods are used to manipulate the natural light, and artificial lighting plays a part as well.
Schematics are created in advance to best prepare for the day. As you can see, some of the other items are sometimes utilized to add structure.
The completed setup. Colorscapes offers 5 colors, and a gorgeous texture to add dimension to the table.
Colorscapes and ColorTrio are both available now!
