Breakage Replacement Program
Noritake offers a breakage replacement program. We will replace any broken piece of dinnerware, stemware, or serveware at a discounted price. You will receive 30% off of the web price listed on NoritakeChina.com*. This applies only to patterns that are active or in which Noritake has a supply of stock.
Should you need to replace an item, please call Noritake Customer Service between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday to Friday; toll free at (800) 562-1991.
