Online Orders

When should I expect to receive my order from NoritakeChina.com?

Orders are processed and shipped at our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are typically processed for 2-5 business days before shipping. Please note that our warehouse is closed on major holidays and weekends, and shipping will not occur on these days.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact Customer Service if you wish to cancel an order. Please note that if your order has already been packaged and released for shipping that you will need to wait for your package to arrive and then proceed through the regular return process.

What should I do if I break one of my Noritake items?

Noritake offers a breakage replacement program. We will replace any broken piece of dinnerware, stemware, or serveware at a discounted price. This applies only to patterns that are active or in which Noritake has a supply of stock.

  • Colorwave collection, ColorTex collection, Hammock Wood, Hammock Glass: 25% off of the web price*
  • All other products: 50% off the current manufacturer's suggested retail price*(MSRP)
